Annual assessments are $500 per year paid to Somerset HOA, 101 SE Somerset Drive, Lee's Summit, MO 64063. The assessment can be paid in two installments, with the first installment of $250 due December 31st of the previous year. A late fee of $10 will be imposed on the first of each month after February 28th. The second installment of $250 will be due June 30th.
